- add bubble and merge sort algorithm selection
- add SortStrategySelectionWindow
- apply selected strategy to normal and parity sorting
- use dedicated comparators for student fields
- remove obsolete EvenOnlyMergeSortStrategy
- update collection menu labels and TODO placeholders
