Subject: [PATCH] refactor: remove unnecessary using declarations and qualify
 std symbols

Replace global using declarations with explicit std:: qualifications.
Update ranges algorithms usage to std::ranges and fix permutation
iterator
offset to correctly handle 1-based k indexing.
